Role and Responsibilities Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services Department facilitates the processes between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers. Ranging from rating services to audits to operational guidance, the available career opportunities are abundant with varying levels of specialty. Role Description: As Manager of Insurance Operations – Cyber Liability, you will be supporting our growing Cyber Liability Insurance practice. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by managing the end-to-end processes that support underwriting, policy issuance, and broker communication. You will collaborate closely with regional underwriting teams, oversee submissions and renewals, generate policy documentation and invoices, and uphold service standards and data integrity. In this role, you will be at the center of continuous improvement—identifying opportunities to streamline servicing processes, leading defect elimination projects, participating in system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations. You will also facilitate training, monitor performance metrics, and champion superior internal and external customer experiences. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Master’s degree is a plus. Required Qualifications: • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview. • Demonstrated client services or customer support experience in insurance or financial industry operations. • 3 or more years of Property/Casualty Insurance or other financial industry customer operations/servicing experience with strong knowledge of specialty lines, especially Cyber Liability. • 3 or more years of experience managing and/or directing customer operations, analyzing metrics, and implementing efficiency improvements. • Strong technical proficiency including bolthires Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with cross-functional teams and brokers. • Familiarity with project management principles and user acceptance testing. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience managing personnel. • Insurance designations such as CPCU, RPLU, CIPP, CIPM, FIP, or CPLP. • In-depth understanding of the regulatory environments and requirements. • Leadership potential and proven ability to coach and motivate teams.
