Your Role as a Licensed Insurance Representative - Onsite As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include: • Handling Customer Inquiries: You will respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to resolve issues and address concerns. • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You will work with confidential customer information, treating it sensitively and with empathy, and aim to resolve issues on the first call. • Identifying and Addressing Customer Needs: You will identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms, assisting them with the correct price plan and providing compassionate support for sensitive situations. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Licensed Insurance Representative - Onsite, you will need: • Active Property & Casualty License: You must possess an active home state Property & Casualty license. • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred. • Age and Education: You must be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED. • Typing Skills: You must be able to type 25 wpm. • Computer Skills: You must be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have experience with Windows operating systems. • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: You must have proven oral and written communication skills, as well as logical problem-solving skills. • Organization and Prioritization Skills: You must be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
