Position: L2 Cloud Operations Engineer (remote Europe) Location: Town of Poland Are you passionate about cloud technologies and eager to tackle complex issues while helping clients optimize their infrastructures? At Revolgy, we’re looking for an L2 Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure our customers’ systems run smoothly, stay secure, and continually evolve to meet modern demands. This role involves resolving incidents, crafting robust monitoring solutions, and implementing new requests—all while collaborating with experienced cloud professionals and partners like AWS. Location: Fully remote position open to candidates located in Europe. Contract Type: This position is open to candidates seeking employment or engagement as an independent contractor under a business-to-business (B2B) contractual arrangement. What will you do? • Monitor client infrastructures, enhance alerting policies and promptly react to issues. • Diagnose root causes of technical problems and implement long‑term fixes. • Deploy Revolgy services for new customers and recommend improvements for existing setups. • Drive the development of internal services, ensuring they remain modern and effective. • Collaborate with customers and provider counterparts to integrate best practices and new technologies. • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolutions. • Work with internal teams to share insights, resolve incidents, and improve overall service quality. What You Bring 3‑4 years of experience in a Dev Ops, Cloud Engineer, or similar role. Must‑Haves: • Strong proficiency with AWS services. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation). • Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines. • Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Docker. • Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana. • Solid skills in a scripting language like Python or Go. • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Nice‑to‑Haves: • Relevant AWS certifications (Dev Ops, Solutions Architect, etc.).
