Capstone Logistics is hiring for Warehouse Driver Assistant The Warehouse Driver Assistant at Capstone Logistics plays a critical role in supporting delivery operations by assisting drivers with loading, unloading, and transporting materials. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers. The Warehouse Driver Assistant serves as a valuable team member, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist drivers with loading and unloading merchandise at designated delivery locations. Secure materials to prevent damage during transportation. Handle and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality before and after deliveries. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth deliveries. Navigate and manage delivery paperwork, including route schedules and delivery confirmations. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse areas. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines. Help identify and report any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries or warehouse operations. Support warehouse operations, including sorting, packing, and staging materials as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in warehouse operations or delivery assistance is a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds throughout the workday. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
