Responsibilities: • Picking up groceries from our store and delivering them to customers in a safe and timely manner • Providing excellent customer service, and handling customer queries and complaints professionally • Ensuring that all deliveries are completed as scheduled • Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle • Collaborating with the store team to improve service and efficiency Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs. • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in varying weather conditions • Comfortable using GPS and other routing systems Educational Qualifications: No specific educational qualifications required, although a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
