The Vendor Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with our vendors. This role ensures that our relationships are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business objectives. Requirements: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong vendor relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record in managing vendor contracts and agreements. Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. Ability to analyze and interpret vendor performance data. Proficiency in vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel up to 50% required for vendor site visits and meetings. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management or a similar role. Experience in budget management and cost control.
