Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESL Teacher to join our team in a fully virtual setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a Second Language and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging online classroom environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons for K-12 students. • Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs. • Create a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages student participation. • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to enhance student learning experiences. • Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and strategies for improvement. • Stay current with ESL best practices and educational technologies. Qualifications: • Valid teaching certification in West Virginia with an ESL endorsement. • Experience teaching ESL to K-12 students, preferably in a virtual setting. • Strong understanding of language acquisition and differentiation strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for teaching.
