Location/Division Specific Information: The Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) provides innovative diagnostic solutions for select IVD market segments and has been a trusted supplier in the IVD industry for over 40 years. The division provides products for drugs of abuse testing, therapeutic drug monitoring, quality control, sepsis diagnosis, prenatal screening and more. How Will You Make an Impact? As part of the Middletown, VA team, some of the worldÂs largest suppliers of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products rely on us as their OEM and contract manufacturing partner. With over 35 years of experience, customers count on us for quality, compliance, and reliability. A Day in the Life:  Efficiently and safely operate assigned machinery. Perform simple maintenance and make necessary adjustments.  Participate in line opening and machine set-up.  Follow all written procedures. Report discrepancies in procedures (SOPÂs, PMRÂs, etc.) to the Area Supervisor.  Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance.  Continuously monitor product for defects.  Help improve the production process by making suggestions for improvement.  Assist in the training and development of peers. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience:  Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field  Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  Ability to speak, read, and write in English, including technical and scientific language.  Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
