UKG WFM Consultant

Role Overview: We’re seeking a client-facing consultant with deep expertise in UKG solutions to help organizations unlock the full value of their workforce technology. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on system knowledge, supporting clients as they align their UKG platform with broader workforce goals. What You’ll Do: Act as a strategic advisor, partnering with clients to assess their use of UKG WFM solutions and identify areas for optimization. Guide organizations through best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements within the UKG ecosystem. Translate business requirements into actionable UKG system configurations—ensuring outcomes align with client objectives. Conduct stakeholder interviews, functional assessments, and hands-on solution design. Provide post-deployment support and recommendations to drive long-term platform success. Maintain trusted, ongoing relationships as a proactive point of contact for workforce management strategy. Success Looks Like: Driving measurable improvements in how clients utilize their UKG platform. Meeting project benchmarks, timelines, and quality standards across multiple engagements. Delivering client experiences that reflect a high-touch, partnership-based model. Demonstrating ownership of outcomes, from technical implementation to strategic advisory. Who You Are: Required: 5+ years in workforce technology consulting or HRIS support, including hands-on UKG platform experience. Experience with UKG WFM. Proven ability to lead conversations with business stakeholders and technical teams. Comfortable with remote work and willing to travel at client request. (not often) Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. UKG certifications and cross-platform familiarity a plus.
