All levels needed, from College Preparatory (Beginning Algebra) through Statistics and College Algebra. Responsibilities & Duties: • Active involvement in issues of institutional effectiveness including student learning outcomes, program-level outcomes, and marketable skills achievement. • Focuses teaching and outreach efforts on student success. • Treats students with respect. Required Education Peer tutors (students) must have a recommendation from a faculty member and have completed a college level course in subject area wanted for tutoring with an A or B and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Professional tutors must submit transcripts and have successfully completed college courses in subject area wanted for tutoring with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Required Skills & Abilities None. Preferred Skills & Abilities Required Experience No experience required. Preferred Experience Experience assisting adult learners in an educational setting.
