As a seasoned design professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for our guests, driving user-centered innovation, and delivering seamless interactions across various digital platforms. Your expertise will focus on defining and implementing strategies for key digital touchpoints, evolving the off and on-platform journey, and ensuring every interaction is delightful for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Set the UX strategy and vision for product experiences across digital platforms, influencing investment decisions and collaborations. Lead and coordinate efforts among diverse cross-functional teams, engaging effectively with senior-level stakeholders to navigate complexity and deliver impactful results. Drive the strategy for creating design deliverables, including journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI designs, and prototypes, while maintaining a high standard of craft. Champion qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions and advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams. Support the development of junior product designers and contribute to the broader practice of UX at our company. Requirements: 10+ years of relevant product design experience, with expert proficiency in UX and product design. Proven strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills. Expertise in product design and prototyping tools, such as Figma. Ability to effectively use data and insights to set direction and communicate approach. Strong experience collaborating with and delivering presentations to executive leadership, employing effective storytelling techniques. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines. Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
