Job Summary: We're on a mission to revolutionize behavioral health care for children and families, and we're seeking a compassionate and experienced Child & Adolescent Behavioral Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Behavioral Therapist at Brightline, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and teens ages 3-17, using evidence-based approaches like CBT and parent-management training. About the Role: In this role, you will: Provide exceptional care and support to children, teens, and their caregivers, addressing behavioral health concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and oppositional defiant disorder. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team, including therapists, speech and language pathologists, medication prescribers, and coaches, to deliver comprehensive and goal-oriented care. Document your work with high levels of accuracy and timeliness in our electronic health record, including session notes, care plans, and ongoing progress. Contribute to the growth and innovation of our therapist workflows and tools, helping us improve and expand our services nationwide. Acquire new state licenses to support families in multiple states, with our support and guidance. Engage in ongoing professional development, including training on CBT and other topics, to further your expertise and knowledge. About You: To thrive in this role, you should have: A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families. Expertise in delivering child and teen-focused CBT, particularly for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and disruptive behavior disorders. Experience in family-centered care models and a warm, engaging clinical style. Excellent skills with learning and using new technologies, with experience in telehealth preferred. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to share feedback across teams in a collaborative and solution-oriented way. An active license as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMHC, and excitement to obtain additional state licenses. What We Offer: This is a remote, 100% teletherapy position, available as part-time (at least 20 hours weekly) or full-time (40 hours weekly).
