Responsibilities: • Assist the teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities. • Provide individual and small group instruction to students as needed. • Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate support and redirection. • Prepare and maintain classroom materials and supplies. • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom culture. • Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities. • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience working with children preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team. • Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
