Factored is seeking a Talent Operations ML/DE Program Lead to help design, implement, and manage talent operations to drive growth and achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals. The ideal candidate will be a master at wearing multiple hats, relentless at execution, and obsessed with designing processes and improving their efficiency. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in talent operations, Program Lead, Project enablement, or a related function. • Proven track record of managing end-to-end workflows, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments. • Experience designing and executing enablement processes and programs. • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and timelines. • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Experience at a top consulting firm or as an operational executioner in a hyper-growth startup setting. • Tech experience is a big plus. • Tech-services experience a major plus.
