Job Summary: The Student Achievement Strategist will work closely with teachers and schools to identify and implement strategies that increase student achievement. This will involve instructional coaching, professional development, core-subject knowledge teaching, data-use training, and technology tools training. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with teachers and principals to identify instructional strategies that accelerate student achievement Provide real-time instructional coaching and professional development to enhance teacher content knowledge and effective use of instructional strategies Engage with teachers to use student data to develop rigorous lesson plans and differentiate instruction for various student groups Coordinate and deliver training for teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators in ELL strategies Monitor and demonstrate how to align instructional materials, district curriculum, and AZ College and Career Readiness Standards Research and identify best practices for differentiating instructional strategies to support interventions Coach teachers to effectively integrate technology and use blended learning models Guide teachers to effectively use district online assessments and data to inform instruction Requirements: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university Valid AZ teacher's certificate Valid Arizona English As A Second Language (ESL) or Bilingual Endorsement preferred Five years of successful experience teaching English Language Learners preferred Experience with diverse student populations Knowledge and experience in Scientifically Based Research (SBR) instructional strategies and programs Knowledge of blended learning models preferred Experience using a variety of technological tools preferred Ability to work collaboratively with all staff What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunity to work with a vibrant community Collaborative work environment Professional growth and development opportunities How to Apply: If you are a motivated and dedicated professional looking to make a difference in education, please submit your application today.
