Strategy Associate (Business Operations)

Role Overview We are seeking a Strategy Associate to join the Strategy team at Crypto.com , focusing on business operations . The ideal candidate we envision is someone who is fluent with making business recommendations based on data analysis, detail-oriented & organized, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to improve business processes. This role is based in Hong Kong , but we are open to candidates from other locations who can accommodate Hong Kong working hours. Responsibilities: Analyze operational business data to identify trends & areas for improvement, and coordinate with internal teams to implement those improvements; Set up appropriate data dashboards, visualizations and/or alerts on operational data via collaborating with the data team; Assist with strategic partnerships, such as producing pitch decks for partners, participating in partnership meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate the progress & closing of partnerships; Assist with first-round, high-level analysis of strategic M&A or investment opportunities that are presented to Crypto.com and make a preliminary recommendation; Assist with the implementation of other strategic projects, including coordinating with internal teams or external vendors to ensure we deliver results on time. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above; Based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate working hours of Hong Kong (GMT+8); Strong interest in the blockchain/ crypto industry; Prefer candidates with 1-3 years of work experience; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; Relevant experience in business operations or business data analysis - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds such as consulting (general consultant track or supporting staff track), accounting & audit firms, banking, fintech etc., Good project management skills and will follow through with initiatives; (Plus but not required) Familiarity with Tableau, SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
