The Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement will set the strategic direction and oversee the execution of all training and development programs for the Restaurant Technologies commercial organization. Requirements 7-10+ years of combined experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales training roles. Proven experience designing and executing strategic enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity. Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration Experience building enterprise-wide training programs for sales organizations with segmented sales teams and sales leadership/management. Strategic Thinker: Ability to take initiative, anticipate organizational needs, and develop a forward-looking strategy for team member development. Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership. Modern Enablement Methodologies: Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, modern training techniques, and the end-to-end learning process, from needs assessment to delivery and evaluation. Leadership Presence: High level of professionalism, assertiveness, and the ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with business leaders.
