Service Department Manager

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll lead all aspects of our client's service work , including: -Scheduling crews and coordinating subcontractors -Overseeing service job execution, timelines, and quality -Communicating with clients and internal teams -Enforcing safety protocols and compliance -Managing service ticket closeouts, billing, and job margin reviews -Handling resource procurement and tool/equipment management -Reviewing blueprints, specs, and project documentation -Estimating T&M and quoted work -Preparing and analyzing bid proposals -Coordinating with stakeholders across departments You’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement, team collaboration, and risk management, helping to shape how we deliver our services and grow our capabilities.
