Role Description Risepoint is seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee Nursing Education, with a primary focus on pre-licensure programs. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in scaling our pre-licensure offering including healthcare employer partnerships for placement and upskilling. Develop and implement the pre-licensure growth plan establishing Risepoint as a reliable partner serving universities, hospital systems, and nursing needs. Determine success metrics and regularly measure the impact of new and existing pre-licensure nursing programs, ensuring they are high-quality, scalable, and aligned with the growing demand for skilled nurses. Drive the launch and scaling of hospital and medical partner growth, positioning nursing programs as the key offering in the marketplace. Stay connected with nursing license requirements and workforce needs to advise Risepoint, university partners, and hospital partners on changing needs in nursing education. Research and identify potential university and hospital partnerships that align with our pre-licensure business goals. Lead business development efforts to establish partnerships with local hospitals, healthcare systems, and employers to create robust clinical placements and workforce opportunities for pre-licensure nursing students. Cultivate long-term relationships with employers and healthcare systems to secure placements and employment pathways for nursing students. Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signings. Partner with internal and external teams to support the development, expansion, and quality of pre-licensure nursing programs. Work closely with academic partners to ensure pre-licensure nursing programs are of the highest quality, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the student and employer experience in the delivery of nursing programs. Qualifications Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence teams outside of span of control. Expertise in business development and partnership management, particularly with employers, healthcare systems, and educational institutions. Knowledge of nursing curriculum design, clinical education, and best practices in workforce readiness. Excellent communication, influence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proven experience in building new programs for successful launch/implementation that are on-time and high quality.
