Senior Project Manager, Medicaid Network Value-Based Solutions

As a Senior Project Manager, Medicaid Network Value-Based Solutions, you'll play a vital role in driving this mission forward. We're seeking a seasoned project management professional to oversee complex projects that support our Government Programs Network team's process, operations, and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring day-to-day activities are on track and on time Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, impacted areas, and teams to communicate progress and risks Develop and maintain effective partnerships within the network and other business areas, including clinical, operations, and Medicaid segments Utilize project management fundamental skills, including planning, controlling, leading, risk/issue management, and budget management Present project updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong business acumen and communication skills Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of successful project management experience in health operations or similar disciplines Project/program expertise in stakeholder facilitation, communications, and relationship management Understanding of value-based contracts and experience working in a highly matrixed organization Bachelor's degree preferred, with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Medicaid Delegation experience Delegation/capitation and associated contract and performance oversight knowledge PMP Certification Key concepts of provider networks as they pertain to Medicaid products (contracting, adequacy, value-based payment models) Previous Network experience What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $67,900.00 - $199,144.80 Eligibility for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program Award target in the company's equity award program Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and term life insurance Well-being programs, education assistance, and paid time off Take the Next Step Are you ready to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare?
