Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating best-in-class, user-centric products. In this role, you’ll leverage your passion for UX, design, and product as you collaborate with different teams to create pixel-perfect experiences for web and mobile. You’ll focus on user-facing features, complex internal tools, design systems, and much more. Please only apply if you have an up-to-date online portfolio showcasing recent work. In this role you'll Create delightful, user-facing products for both web and mobile Ideate and design for complex internal systems Understand a product’s lifecycle from research through prototyping, design, and usability testing Oversee projects from start to finish, collaborate with colleagues focused on product, design, development, QA, and BI Apply and maintain consistency with Lemonade’s standards and guidelines Become a valuable member of the design team and promote winning ideas and decisions What you’ll need 5+ years of experience designing user-facing digital products Strong portfolio showcasing your skills Broad understanding of usability and user experience principles Great knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems Experience with solving complex product problems Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other relevant tools Superb communication skills B.A. in Visual Communication, as well as illustration and animation skills, are both an advantage Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
