Join Our Team and Revolutionize the Future of Advertising We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Ads Platform Efficiency team in developing innovative strategies and operations that drive scalability and growth. As a key member of our Advertising & Promotions team, you'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various departments, including Sales, Insights, Ad Operations, Product, and more. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement processes and tools that enable our business to scale during a period of hypergrowth Leverage Gen AI to revolutionize how we sell, build, and optimize campaigns Implement, manage, and scale sales & operations via offshore resources, automation tools, and streamlined end-to-end processes Partner with sales and merchants to identify product-market fit for key resources and streamline go-to-market strategies Scope and build the tooling and efficiency roadmap leveraging both internal and external resourcing What We're Looking For: 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, product management, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting (preferably in the advertising or ad tech industry) Proven problem-solving skills with expertise in process design & optimization Strong interest or experience in leveraging AI and other emerging technology to solve business problems Excellent leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and building teams Strong analytical thinking with ability to distill complex data into actionable recommendations What We Offer: Competitive salary ($146,200 - $215,000 USD) Opportunities for equity grants Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) plan with employer match, and paid time off Remote work arrangement Opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team How to Apply: If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking to make a impact in the advertising industry, we encourage you to apply.
