Senior Lease Professional - Yardi Expert

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Lease Analyst to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property operations and/or real estate accounting, with expertise in Yardi software and analytical skills. About the Role This is a hybrid/onsite opportunity with 2 days remote work. As a Senior Lease Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate lease data within Yardi, delivering multi-tiered database reviews, and preparing reports on lease activity, rent calculations, and CPI escalations. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate lease data within Yardi and ensure data integrity through regular quality control reviews and audits • Perform and deliver multi-tiered database reviews to ensure data accuracy and output for all lease data entry • Abstract and audit newly executed lease documents, adding new property records and updating existing lease information within Yardi • Prepare reports on lease activity, rent calculations, and CPI escalations • Analyze and interpret lease information to support budgeting and forecasting activities • Review and prepare reconciliation of monthly and annual CAM reconciliations Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Business preferred • 5+ years of experience in property operations and/or real estate accounting required • Experience with accrual and real estate property accounting desired Skills Required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Yardi Commercial Suite software (Voyager Commercial, Lease Manager, Forecast Manager) required Apply Job!
