We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner from LATAM to join our team for a 6-month project. Responsibilities: Analyze Higher Education business requirements, process and applications. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, and use cases. Perform grooming of items from the backlog using Azure DevOps. Align solutions with educational technologies and best practices. Lead the design of business models, use cases, and process flows. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution including internal and external teams. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders. Provide guidance on leveraging technology for business objectives. Implement best practices for business analysis and project management. Work and collaborate closely with the Dev QA teams for requirements. What do you need: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner working for multiple global projects. 5+ years of experience working with Scrum projects. 5+ years of experience working with Azure and for SaaS solutions. 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps. 3+ years of experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (Git). 3+ years of experience working with Dev to resolve defects and bugs. Must have a proven C1 or better English and ability to work 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday (Eastern US Time Zone). Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Student Information Systems such as: Anthology Student, Banner, Oracle Student, Thesis Elements. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as: D2L, Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems such: Anthology Reach, Salesforce, Slate, Elements451. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. What do we offer?
