As the Senior Director of M&A Methodology & Operations, you will be a key driver in integrating acquisitions, specifically focusing on Clinical and Drug Adherence value. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to navigate complex situations. You'll collaborate across divisions to ensure successful integration, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to long-term financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and operationalization of integration initiatives for the Clinical and Drug Adherence value class. Develop and implement short- and long-term roadmaps with clear pilot programs, evaluation, and scaled execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Connote Wellbeing and CVS Wellbeing teams to gather and synthesize critical information. Contribute insights and feedback to optimize integration processes. Partner with Corporate Finance to forecast outcomes and track key performance indicators. Communicate project updates and adjustments proactively. Qualifications: Significant experience in healthcare banking, consulting, or strategic operations. Strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and analytical abilities. Proven operational project management skills to drive business execution and performance. Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Creative problem-solving and strong analytical reasoning. Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a range based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
