Title: Senior Civil Site Estimator Location: Savannah, GA or Washington, GA Pay: $125k - $150k + bonus Type: Direct hire Industry: Civil Construction *Relocation package available Responsibilities Prepare full-service cost estimates for site development construction projects Focus on civil site clearing, earthwork, drainage, underground utilities, base, and paving Detail quantity take-offs Clarify scope and perform value engineering Attend pre-bid meetings Complete construction risk analysis through site visits and scope understanding Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans Assist, support, and mentor 1-2 estimators and quantity take-off personnel Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Architecture, or similar field is preferred Five (5) years of experience estimating site and utility development projects Experience using HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob preferred Experience using AGTEK Earthworks and Roadway preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Strong math skills, including geometry and arithmetic Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously **All applicants must pass drug screen and background check prior to employment *** We are an equal opportunity employer.
