Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Associate/Lead to join our Fundraising Operations team at Workwarp, a leading NGO in the social services sector. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication and acknowledgment of contributions Prepare detailed reports on our CRM tool, Salesforce, and share weekly MIS reports with the Corporate Relations and Individual Giving Teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize operations, and drive impactful change Support the Fundraising team in submitting due diligence to donors, vendor registration forms, MoU coordination, and other ad-hoc tasks Manage communication with corporates, ensuring prompt and efficient support both internally and externally Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in supporting operations in Fundraising with NGOs (preferred) Any graduate degree Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to plan strategically, set priorities, multi-task, and take ownership of routine tasks Resourcefulness in collating information from various sources and handling multiple priorities and deadlines What We Offer: Competitive salary (4Lpa - 6Lpa) based on candidate profile Opportunity to work with a leading NGO in the social services sector Remote work options (Virtual/Chennai) Full-time position with a scope for growth and development How to Apply: Ready to join our team and make a difference?
