Job title: SAP Project Lead in USA at Noblesoft Technologies Company: Noblesoft Technologies Job description : Job Title: SAP Project Lead Location: Remote Mode : Contract (6+ Months) Role Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and SAP Basis Hands on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers Experiences in performing system owner ted tasks Willingness to work during weekends/ off business hours Profound Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions (min. HEC & S/4HANA) Strong command in de-escalating situations Project management experiences and certifications (PRINCE2, PMP,..) Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals Proficiency in English (Written and verbal), additional (local) languages are plus Responsibilities- Responsible for the customer onboarding phase. Manage the implementation of disaster recovery. Manage planning of complex projects during the customer lifecycle Escalation management during planned project activities. Acts as a customer ambassador for various technical teams. Coordinates with Customer Project Team (Customer & SI) and the extended SAP teams to align project information, requirements and rollout timelines. Tasks: Onboarding Phase Manage the Sales to Delivery handover from sales team and ensure completeness of customer requirements and technical prerequisites with the support of the technical lead. Drive the handover of customer build requirements to the Build Factory and oversee the system builds. Coordinate with customer project team and extended SAP teams to align project information, requirements and rollout timelines. Coordinate the initial network connectivity setup with the HEC network team and customer network team. Coordinate migration cutovers and go-live activities with customer, SAP Consulting Services migration teams, and HEC teams (Brownfield projects) Organize/participate on regular meetings with customer/consulting/migration teams. Disaster Recovery Implementation Educate customer on how disaster recovery offering works in HEC. Oversee the DR landscape build by the HEC DR team. Coordinate the initial network connectivity setup with the HEC network team and customer network team on the DR site. Manage the DR internal test. Customer Complex Projects Plan major customer upgrades (depending on customer segmentation). Manage VMware migration projects (depending on customer segmentation). Plan and manage the migration of HEC DC to HEC on Hyperscaler projects. Manage complex customer exit projects Structured Knowledge Documentation: the working procedures for Supplier - derived from the processes maintained by client - will be documented by the Supplier free of charge, reviewed and signed off by client and be fully part of the managed services orchestration. Systematic and faster onboarding of associates: mandatory trainings documentation Assess the current skill level and plan for competency uplift: report to be shared on a quarterly basis Enable continuous delta KTs on new topics and refresher sessions.
