As a key member of our sales team, you will provide technical expertise to customers and partners, helping to qualify and close complex opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, communicating Datadog's value and addressing any identified issues or concerns Deliver product and technical briefings/presentations to potential clients, showcasing Datadog's capabilities and value Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input, both wins and losses Proactively engage and communicate with customers and Datadog business/technical teams regarding product feedback and competitive landscape What We're Looking For: A passionate and knowledgeable individual with strong written and oral communication skills Experience in programming/scripting with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, and .NET A minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role Ability to travel up to 45% of the time, with occasional extended periods of travel About Us: Datadog is a global SaaS business on a mission to break down silos and solve complexity in the cloud age.
