Lush North America is seeking a Retail Shop Support and Planning Construction Manager to lead the full construction process for Lush retail shops and company projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in retail construction and facility management and will be responsible for managing a high-volume construction process, developing project schedules, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Minimum of 10 years experience in retail construction and facility management with demonstrated career growth. Ability to work independently or as a team player, with a positive attitude. Experience leading a diverse team in a retail construction environment Outstanding experience working cross functionally with teams such as design, project management, leasing and real estate Demonstrated project management attributes Strong budget analysis and management skills Ability to read and understand all M.E.P plans, architectural plans and structural plans Experience in phased construction projects in existing retail stores Must be able to read and interpret lease language pertaining to construction. Strong time management skills, adherence to deadlines and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
