Release Manager - MS Dynamics

Our client is looking for a Release Manager to join their team! This is a Scrum-Master type of role that will focus on release planning, agile processes, and backlog management. Location: This role will be fully remote, but candidates need to be local to EST. Here is what we are looking for: • Aid in a migration from MS Dynamics 2015 to MS Dynamics 365. • Plan and execute release planning activities, manage backlog, and prioritize requests. • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, process stakeholder requests, and development process and controls. • Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and ensure quality deliverables. • Provide weekly status updates to executives. Here is what our ideal candidate has: • 5+ years of relevant experience leading release planning activities & agile processes as well as experience managing backlogs • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Demonstrate a proven tenure at previous employers • Ability to work collaboratively with business analysts to gather requirements and prioritize the backlog • Excellent customer and business focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes. • Demonstrate strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Azure DevOps experience is preferred, or a similar tool for product backlog management Apply Job!
