Key Responsibilities: • Handle tenant communications, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination • Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease terms • Coordinate with our maintenance team and vendors to keep properties in top condition • Provide clear updates and financial performance reports to owners • Maintain compliance with all relevant rental laws and documentation standards What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years of experience in residential property management or leasing (Appfolio experience is a plus) • Excellent communication and organization skills • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities • A team player who values transparency, accountability, and ethics Compensation: • Base Salary: $48,000/year • Performance Bonuses tied to KPIs • Growth opportunities as we scale!
