Find out more at: gracecares.org Position Overview Twelve-month commitment reporting to the Executive Director. The Program Manager will provide administrative support, project mentorship as applicable, and communication coordination. Responsibilities Contribute to fundraising and outreach efforts Provide mentorship and technical assistance to project leaders Organize, attend, lead, and document project and team meetings Support with project and organizational reporting Maintain databases (donor, contacts, project updates, etc.) and internal documents Support the creation and standardization of the organizations communications Other duties as assigned Qualifications BA/BS in Public Administration, Communications, Non-profit Management, Marketing, Political Science, Public Health or related field required; MA/MPH/MS in a related field preferred Success in roles requiring the execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities Proven ability to work independently with efficiency, flexibility, and good humor Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential Passionate about GRACE Cares mission and impact Self-starter, self-disciplined, creative, communicative What we Offer We are dedicated to fostering the professional development of our staff We provide a respectful, supportive and flexible work environment remotely Send cover letter and CV to: [email protected].
