Porsche Conshohocken is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Service Advisor to support our dynamic service department. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn and grow within one of the most prestigious names in the automotive world. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction: • Greet customers warmly and assist with service requests • Listen to customer concerns and help communicate their needs to the service team • Communication: • Keep customers informed throughout their service experience • Provide updates about vehicle issues, repairs, and estimated costs • Documentation: • Accurately document customer concerns and technician findings • Ensure all work orders are clear, complete, and properly filed • Support Senior Advisors: • Help schedule appointments and handle incoming service calls • Assist in providing timely updates and follow-up information to customers • Shop Organization: • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area • Assist with organizing technician workload and shop scheduling • Basic Repair & Maintenance (as training allows): • Support technicians with simple tasks while learning the service process • Follow-Up: • Reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns post-service • Technology Use: • Learn and utilize dealership service software to manage customer interactions and track vehicle history • Adhere to Standards: • Uphold brand and dealership standards for customer satisfaction and professionalism • Comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Eagerness to learn and grow in the automotive industry • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Previous customer service or automotive experience is a plus, but not required • Valid driver’s license required Benefits: • Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, and dental) • Supplemental Insurance Options • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Training & Career Development Opportunities • Work with a Prestigious Luxury Brand Ready to start your journey with Porsche?
