Part-Time Research Evaluator - Dementia Care in Assisted Living Settings

**Overview:** The research team at Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing is seeking part-time research evaluators to assist with projects focused on dementia care in assisted living settings. The research evaluators will assist with in-person recruitment, consent, data collection, and data entry, as well as other duties. **Responsibilities:** • Assist with in-person recruitment, consent process, and screening of research participants • Perform research procedures at assisted living settings, including data collection, data entry, data management, and maintaining data protections • Assist with other research work as assigned • Attend scheduled team meetings (in-person and online) • *Qualifications:** • Complete the COVID-19 vaccination at least 2 weeks prior to employment as required by clinical research sites • Be able to work in person at several clinical research sites in central PA, including but not limited to State College, Harrisburg, Hershey, and nearby locations • Be available for on-site data collection and other research activities during the spring, summer, and fall of 2025 • Complete human subject research training as directed • Be able to collaborate with the PI and research team to meet project deadlines • Be able to work independently to keep the project on track • *Benefits:** • Approximately 15 hours a week with the possibility for more hours depending on the project schedule • Compensation at $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience • Background check(s) in accordance with University policies • Employment with the University is subject to successful completion of background check(s) Apply Job!
