What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Remote work arrangement Opportunities for growth and professional development Employee discount, 401k, and education assistance Health benefits, parental leave, and paid time off Job Responsibilities: Assisting in the overall operation of the theatre and ensuring policies and procedures are followed Cross-training in all departments to support where needed and providing inspirational training to employees Leading and motivating team members to achieve operational standards and excellent customer service Preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager Conducting inspections of the theatre building, parking lot, and equipment condition Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Interacting with guests to improve service and ensuring team members provide superior customer service A Day in the Life: Following the direction of the General Manager and supporting their decisions Training and coaching team members in their specific job functions Assisting in the preparation of reports and conducting inspections Leading shift huddles and conducting wellness checks on team members Ensuring adherence to proper social distancing guidelines and sanitizing high contact areas Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old High school or G.E.D. graduate preferred Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program Basic food handling training and certification (where required) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Ability to work in a team environment and independently Ability to resolve conflict and provide excellent guest service Physical and Environmental Requirements: Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
