Oracle EBS Functional Consultant(Source to Pay) Remote C2H Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the S2P modules (Purchasing, PO Receiving, Inventory, Account Payables, GL Etc.) in Oracle EBS, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Process Optimization: Assess existing S2P processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with financial policies. Functional Expertise: Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle EBS S2P modules, offering insights on capabilities, configuration options, and integration points with other ERP modules. Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design tailored solutions to address both global and regional needs. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans, oversee functional testing, and support user... acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a successful implementation. Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, effectively communicating project updates, risks, and issues. Change Management: Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems, providing expertise on S2P-related transformation impacts. Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and process challenges related to S2P.
