CHECK US OUT: Key Responsibilities Operations Facilitation Keep vendor orders going and deliveries on point Success Metric: Data entered into system is a 100% match to vendor data Success Metric: Zero additional accounting entries required to correct faulty entries Coordinate vendor return process Success Metric: Maintain 100% accurate RMA records -with zero corrections needed at month-end Managed Services Support Billing & Data Reconciliation Success Metric: Billing detail reports are reviewed, compared, and updated by the last day of the month. Success Metric: Zero refunds or credits issued to a client for billing errors based on active users and devices. Create service tickets generated from phone calls Success Metric: All service tickets generated through phone calls are in the system immediately (average 5/day). Perform quality assurance check for completed service tickets Success Metric: All tickets marked as complete should be closed or escalated to management for review by the end of each day.
