Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking committed educators who meet the following criteria: ✔ Native English Speaker Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen currently residing in the USA or Canada. ✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Higher A degree in Education or a related field is preferred, but not required. ✔ Valid Teaching Certificate A state-issued teaching license or certificate is required (K-12 level preferred). ESL certification such as TESOL/TEFL is a plus. ✔ Teaching Experience Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in public, private, or charter schools (local or international, including overseas positions). Online teaching experience is a bonus, but not mandatory. ✔ Technical Requirements To ensure smooth online teaching, you must have: A Windows computer with Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher Stable high-speed internet connection The ability to teach via Classpod app (must pass system compatibility test) Teaching Schedule & Compensation: ⏰ Peak Hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8): Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Weekends: Flexible availability all day is highly encouraged ⌛ Minimum Commitment: 10 hours per week required Flexible scheduling based on your availability Great for teachers looking to build a consistent teaching schedule or gradually increase their hours Compensation: Competitive hourly rate - 15$ - 24$ with opportunities to increase based on performance and student volume.
