Position: Licensed Special Education Teacher • Location: Phoenix, AZ • Dates: 8/4/2025 – 5/20/2026 • Schedule: Full-Time | 2025-2026 SY | Onsite • Setting: Act as a Behavior Intervention Specialist • Caseload: High school | 30 students What You’ll Do: • Conduct observations and support the development of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) • Assist in designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) • Collaborate with Special Education teachers, school psychologists, and other support staff • Monitor intervention effectiveness and provide coaching to school teams as needed • Ensure consistent behavioral supports across academic and non-academic settings What We’re Looking For: • Valid Special Education Teaching License in the required state • Master’s Degree in Special Education • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (valid and current) • Prior experience working with students facing behavioral and emotional challenges • Proven ability to conduct FBAs and lead the development of successful intervention plans Perks & Pay: • Weekly compensation on W2 contract • Healthcare benefits and 401(k) options (matched) • Virtual Clinical Advisory Team - Full-Time Support for Any Questions or Concerns • Relocation Packages Available - Housing and Meals Included • Non-taxable stipends for travel-relocation packages Once applied, contact me directly either by phone or email.
