We're looking for a passionate School Social Worker to join our team and make a positive impact on our students’ well-being and success. What You’ll Do • Provide counseling and support to students with social, emotional, and behavioral issues. • Develop and implement intervention plans. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ needs. • Conduct assessments and provide referrals to community resources. • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. What You Need • Master’s in School Social Work. • MI State licensure and LARA • Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
