Job Description MES On-Call Tier 2 Support Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Summary: Triage, investigate, resolve, and manage all Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ServiceNow tickets Assist shop floor operators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities and process improvements based on data from support tickets Data Analysis of support tickets Author updates and changes to Electronic Batch Records(EBR), following GxP and SDLC protocols, in collaboration with Site Tier 2 Support team Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite is required Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences Nights and weekends will be required Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring experience IT troubleshooting experience ServiceNow management Manufacturing IT applications awareness Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
