About the position The Media Manager, Pureplay/Marketplace at Post Consumer Brands is responsible for building and executing data-driven digital marketing programs to support e-commerce customers such as Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart. This role involves planning, measuring, and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce experience and the ability to drive results through data analysis and creative strategy. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership in managing media planning and execution. Responsibilities Plan and execute digital media campaigns across retail media tactics for e-commerce customers. , Manage retail media budgets for key customers including Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart. , Evaluate retail media capabilities and provide recommendations for future spending. , Outline measurement goals for media spend and translate data into actionable insights. , Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics and communicate impact to the organization. , Monitor and analyze programs to improve audience understanding and identify opportunities. , Oversee the creative process for paid media across multiple e-commerce channels. , Lead creative optimizations and testing strategies, including A/B testing. , Collaborate with cross-functional teams to combine brand insights with sales priorities. , Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs and monitor programs. , Educate partners on the evolving landscape of digital and retail media. , Coach and develop associate media managers. Requirements BA in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred. , 5-7 years of marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience. , E-commerce experience is required. , Digital experience on agency or client side is required. , Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability. , Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. , Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media. Nice-to-haves Experience in creative strategy and execution for digital media campaigns. , Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
