Experience & Domain Knowledge: Experience and understanding of Trading Platforms:A comprehensive grasp of the nuances of trading platforms, including transactional data, trading algorithms, and the specific challenges posed by online trading environments. Financial Products Familiarity:Knowledge about products such as CFDs, stocks, and cryptocurrencies and their associated testing requirements. High-Performance Platforms:Awareness of the challenges and intricacies of testing high-performance systems, especially ones catering to real-time, high-volume data. Security in Testing:A profound understanding of security testing, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our platforms against potential threats. Technical skills: Cross-Platform Testing:Advanced experience in testing on both Android and iOS platforms and web applications across various browsers. Must be adept at handling complex mobile and web testing scenarios API Testing:Advanced experience in Rest and WS API testing, with proficiency in relevant API testing tools and practices Troubleshooting Mastery:Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing root causes of complex issues and suggesting remedies for both mobile and web applications Test Case Expertise:Skilled in writing comprehensive test cases and executing extensive test plans for large-scale projects Mobile-Specific Testing:Advanced knowledge of mobile-specific features such as push notifications, location services, and camera Coding & Automation:Experience in scripting and test automation, familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices Object-Oriented Principles:A strong grasp of OOP principles Product Quality Passion:A documented history of ensuring and advocating for high-quality products Continuous Improvement:Proven experience in identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing systems Language:Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR) Soft skills: Effective Communication:Strong communication skills, especially with development, product, and operations teams, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and seamless reporting of test results and defects. Analytical Thinking:Ability to investigate and dissect complex systems and workflows to identify potential defects and translate findings into actionable test cases. Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail to detect even the smallest issues that could impact software quality and user experience. Adaptability to Rapid Changes:Demonstrated capability to adjust quickly to evolving technologies, testing tools, and shifting project requirements. Ownership and Accountability:Readiness to take full responsibility for the quality assurance process, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards and accepting accountability for the outcomes. Collaboration:Proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient testing processes and contribute to overall project success.
