Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead YouTube Product Partnerships, Mobile and Reach, driving business growth and partnerships across the mobile ecosystem. As a key member of Google's Partnerships Development team, you'll work closely with partners to identify opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and build integrations that bring the best of Google to users. Key Job Details: Location: Remote (with options for New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, or San Bruno, CA) Company: Google Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary ($129,000-$191,000) + bonus + equity + benefits Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, managing partnerships with entities of all sizes. Develop cross-product area partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet Google goals across changing industries. Ideate and motivate agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners, building consensus with internal and external executives. Serve as the relationship manager for existing agreements, helping to realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building relationships. Engage with internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in relevant industries (Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology). Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience in managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing end-to-end partnerships. Experience working in a changing and collaborative environment. Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
