Manager, Advanced Analytics, New Business

Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Manager, Advanced Analytics, New Business to lead a talented team of analysts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our Advanced Analytics team, you will report directly to the Director, Advanced Analytics, and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering a culture of agility and growth. Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Design and oversee experiments to evaluate the impact of new initiatives and strategies. Develop critical business metrics to monitor and drive growth in new marketplaces. Build sophisticated reporting and analytical tools that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Requirements: A quantitative undergraduate degree (economics, statistics, math, data science, etc.) with a strong preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree. 10+ years of experience in a related field with deep technical expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and analytics tools. A minimum of 2 years as a people manager leading a team. Robust business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions. Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner.
