Job Overview: Join Verizon's innovative Experience Design team as a Lead Experience Designer, where you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize the retail experience for millions of customers across the United States. As a key member of our team, you'll design and deliver end-to-end customer experiences, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
