Key Responsibilities Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles Send outreach messages Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements Must-haves Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Strong written communication skills (English) Ability to identify and engage passive talent Basic understanding of the hiring process Organized and detail-oriented Nice-to-haves Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) Understanding of Boolean search techniques Originally posted on Himalayas
