What we're looking for: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Guest Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a heart for hospitality, personable demeanor, and strong communication skills. This role involves various tasks aimed at enhancing our guests' experience and ensuring they have a seamless stay. You will be responsible for: • Check-Ins: Welcome guests upon arrival, provide key information about the property, and ensure a smooth check-in process. • Property Preparation: Prepare properties for guest arrivals, including staging and making sure everything is in perfect condition. • Arrival Assistance: Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about the property and local area. • Grocery Shopping: Fulfill grocery orders for guests, ensuring all items are delivered and accurately selected. • Errand Running: Handle various concierge errands as needed to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
