About The Role: Part-time position: 10-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11am-2pm (flexible days) and 6-10 shifts Competitive hourly rate: £11.55 per hour Assist customers in creating their perfect meal, recommend ingredients and menu options, and provide exceptional customer service Create and package Click & Collect and Delivery orders, maintain mise-en-place, and ensure basic food preparation and organization Maintain high hygiene standards, clean the bar/restaurant, and be a champion of our brand values What We're Looking For: Great communication and presentation skills Ability to work as a team, build interpersonal relationships, and maintain a positive, energetic attitude Experience working in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry (ideally) Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Respectful and conscious approach to punctuality and scheduling What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: £11.55 per hour 30 days holiday package (including bank holidays) £100 'Refer a Friend' scheme Free lunch/dinner from The Salad Project while on shift Team social events and opportunities for career progression as the business grows Ready to Join Our Team?
